![]() ![]() If this is the level of customer service that the managers you trust with your business use then this is not a business worth our money and time.Īll of these little hiccups could have easily been avoided by a manager with some tact and customer service skills. Then he said it was his manager who came in and “fixed it”. Later our game leader said he looked away from the computer and when he looked back he realized we shouldn’t be in there yet.so he was away from the game for over 5 minutes? Isn’t that his job to watch and make sure our game goes off smoothly? But I’m not even upset with him he was at least pleasant and apologized for the issues. He then says that being in here will mess us up pushes us back into the tiny room and re-shuts the door. He was extremely rude, and accusatory like we had forced the door open. We were in there for a good 5 minutes when suddenly an employee comes in doesn’t say hi or introduce himself or apologize for interrupting our game but looks at us and barks at us “how did you get in here”. We thought we had triggered something that unlatched the door and we moved in and started searching that room. About 20 minutes into the room our sister who was on the ground examining a lock goes to stand up and places her hand on the adjacent wall for balance but the wall swings open revealing a new room. Pushing open the glass doors and sliding inside, you will notice the cozy waiting area with its woodwork floors and alternate cream and slate-colored walls. Any more people it would have been just awful but again not that big of a deal. Tick Tock Escape Rooms Lose yourself in the immersive world of the Tick Tock Escape Rooms The red banner with the brand name outside the building welcomes you into the venue. We ended up going into the available Beasley’s room (because we had another reservation somewhere else and we had arrived first) but anyways under any other circumstances this would not have been a problem and could have easily been over looked but it got worse once we were in our room.įirst off the room we started in was tiny. If anyone should have had to choose a different room it should have been the group that showed up late. The other group pointed out that this was poor business practice (which I agree) because they allowed a team to start late knowing it would interfere with our reservations. At this point they offered us and this other group to do one of the other rooms or one of us would have to wait. So it’s about our time to start when one of the employees informs us that both groups are scheduled for Beasley’s billions and that there’s a group currently in one of the Beasley’s rooms that got started late and would take 20-30 more minutes before the room would be ready for us. ![]() We arrived 20min early to our scheduled time and got signed in and while using the restroom another group arrived. Our niece joined us and she is 12 this was her first room so we picked Beasley’s billions to let her experience the traditional type room.
